  1. I am very glad to hear this news. Stefano Bassanese is the most outstanding professional in the field in Hong Kong. He has proven consistency in managing teams and raising the level of the restaurants where he has worked, specially Domani, my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong. Stefano’s natural and elegant way of dealing with customers is well known. All I can say to him is congratulations and thank you. More recognitions should be on the way.

  2. I had the pleasure of knowing Stefano Bassanese during my post as commercial attaché at the Italian Consulate in Hong Kong. I have great admiration for his professional integrity and for his ethical behaviour as well as for the passion he constantly puts in his work. His ability to put customers at ease is unique and it makes him one of the best Italian restaurant managers I have ever encountered around the world. Stefano makes you feel proud to be Italian. He deserves much more.
    Well done Stefano.
